1. Where are you located?
We service all of Nassau, Suffolk, the 5 boroughs: Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Bronx & Staten Island, and Westchester.
2. How long have you been in business?
We have over 20 years experience in the field.
3. How soon after I sign can you start?
We understand that emergencies come up. With multiple crews on our team, we can accommodate the most unexpected circumstances.

4. Do the painters work for you directly?
Yes, all of our team members are hand picked and trained by us. The members of our crews form a tight knit group who work with each other on a regular basis.
5. Do the painters speak English?
Yes, and to help facilitate communication even further, we have a designated Job Site Supervisor leading each crew.
The supervisor acts as your liaison while on the job. Any questions or concerns should be directed to him so he can help get the answers you need right away.
6. Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We know accidents happen and for the safety of our customers and employees, we carry full insurance coverage and are licensed by Consumer Affairs.
7. What kind of paint do you use?
Quality paint jobs deserve quality paint. Tried and true, we prefer to use Benjamin Moore paints.
8. What if I'm not happy with my job?
We take pride in our work and guarantee a quality paint job. If there is a problem with the work performed, we will come back to resolve the issue until you are 100% satisfied.
9. I'm never happy with the colors that I choose. Do you have someone who can help me?
Picking the right color is the hardest choice when it comes to painting. We have experienced design consultants on our team who can help guide you
to make the best color selection for your taste. We also recommend trying the Benjamin Moore sample colors which allow you to see a color on your wall
without purchasing a full gallon and are available at any Benjamin Moore retail location.
10. Who buys the paint?
We offer a complimentary service to pick up the paint for your job so you don't have to bother. Just let us know in advance which colors you are using and we'll take care of the rest.
11. Do you require a deposit?
In order to be best prepared for your job the moment we arrive, we do ask for a minimal deposit the day you sign with us.
12. Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we are currently accepting payments via Visa and Mastercards.
13. How quickly can you finish a job?
Our crews are 100% professional. That means they work efficiently and fast and we can paint most homes in just 1 day.
14. Do you do faux painting?
Yes, we have trained specialists who work will all types of faux finishes.
15. How many guys do you send to do a job?
Depending on the scope of work and size of the job, we will send as many team members as it takes to properly complete your job with quality results.
16. Are your estimates free?
Yes estimates are free with no obligation.
17. Do you work on weekends?
We pride ourselves on flexibility and understand that each person's schedule is unique. In order to accommodate tight schedules, we have crews that work on the weekends.
18. Do you do spackling and wall repair?
We want each job to come out the best that it can and we always recommend properly preparing the walls before applying the finish paint.
Our professionals know how to bring out the best from your walls no matter what they've been through.
19. Do you paint exteriors?
Yes, we offer a full range of services from interior painting to exterior painting, wallpaper removal, wallpaper hanging, faux painting, drywall installation and molding installation.
20. I already have paint and it's not Benjamin Moore. Do I have to buy Benjamin Moore paint for you to do my job?
While we prefer to work with Benjamin Moore, we can work with other brands of comparable quality.
21. I want my job finished fast so I can get my house back in order. How will you schedule the work to be done?
We complete each job from start to finish unless you need another arrangement. This means that once we start a job, we will dedicate ourselves until it is completed.
This lets you get things back in order before you know it.
